Supervision for Recovery Coaches

Sparkle LLC offers a comprehensive supervision program for peer coaches, designed to enhance their skills and address real-world challenges. Participants meet bi-weekly to discuss scenarios and insights across four key domains: advocacy, recovery wellness support, ethics, and mentoring and education. This collaborative environment allows coaches to share their experiences and difficulties, fostering professional growth. The program includes a workbook for participants and provides 25 hours of supervision support, culminating in signoffs that contribute towards state certification. This initiative empowers peer coaches to excel in their roles while ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed for success.
